Inspired by a vintage under crinoline. This skirt was made from fabric cut from a 1950’s wedding dress. Each layer of ruffle was hand gathered and hand sewn to the skirt. It is truly a one-of-a-kind piece that can be worn under a dress to add volume or as a stand-alone statement piece
